If you already have good quality wallpaper or have freshly painted walls, you may not want to redo them. Its fine. There are other ways of decorating the room. |

If you do plan to work on the walls, you may want to paint the walls (using pastel or bright colours depending on your choice) or use wallpaper (nursery print or plain) instead. |

Whatever you decide, remember that babies enjoy looking at bright, primary colours and big, bold patterns. |

If you know the baby's sex, you can choose colours accordingly. |
|
If you don't know the baby's sex, you can have a plain background and decorate it with colourful accessories like mobiles, borders, transfers and pictures. |
